01Project Overview

SwiftLogix coordinates three audiences at once: customers booking a delivery, riders fulfilling it, and admins keeping the whole network on schedule. We built all three as one connected system.

02Business Challenge

Riders needed live routing and status updates to work reliably on inconsistent mobile networks, while admins needed a real-time map of the entire fleet without the backend buckling under constant location pings.

03Our Solution

We built the rider and customer apps in React Native with an offline-first queue for status updates, a Next.js admin dashboard consuming a WebSocket location feed, and a Laravel API with the Google Maps Platform handling routing and geocoding.

What the platform does

How we got there

01

Discovery

Studied rider connectivity patterns across delivery zones to design around network drops.

02

Prototyping

Validated the offline-first sync queue before building the rest of the app around it.

03

Build

Developed customer, rider, and admin surfaces in parallel against one delivery-state model.

04

Field testing

Ran a two-week pilot with active riders to stress-test routing under real conditions.

// results and impact

Reduced failed-delivery rate by 22% through better routing and proof of delivery

Gave dispatch a live fleet view for the first time, cutting call-based check-ins to near zero

Maintained accurate status sync even in low-connectivity delivery zones

Our riders stopped calling dispatch to ask where to go next. The app just tells them, even when their signal drops for a few minutes.
